Therapeutic massage is a profoundly healing and restorative treatment, which brings about many physical and psychological benefits. These include decreasing muscle discomfort and pain, stiffness and tension throughout the body, relieving stress, anxiety and promoting calm, relaxation and better sleep. Therapeutic massage works on the soft tissues of the body, including the muscles, fascia, tendons and skin to promote these benefits and provide overall balance.
I am a fully qualified and insured Massage Therapist with a Level 3 Diploma and a Level 3 Certificate in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology.
I am qualified in specialist massage techniques, including Massage for Menopause and Ayurvedic Massage.
